I have an empathic, 3D mapping, and analytical strength set within Rolfing. I have studied bone manipulation, nerve rerouting, and organ visceral work. I am pursuing a role in Rolf education now, with the hopes of teaching the next generation of Rolfers.

Rolf Movement is watching the human body and teaching the small movements that are going to unburden patterns. It is the best tool for long term freedom and will only deepen my work.

This is my eleventh year of Rolfing. I was in my 7th year as massage therapist when I discovered Rolfing. I quickly knew it was how I could begin to help make long-lasting changes in people’s bodies. I haven’t looked back since.

As I have gotten deeper into Rolfing, an intuitive aspect of who someone is and what else might be getting in their way of healing sometimes manifests. This is a psycho-structural aspect of Rolfing which relates how the body and mind create and reinforce patterns together. Often times Rolfing is a focused time of change, and working on the body brings out what is getting in the way. I don’t expect this but I experience it in my work often.

I nerd a lot, as a verb but not a noun. I can fantasy game, cook a mean sugar pork, and YouTube my way through nearly any home renovation. A Gemini with surprising hermit tendencies, I stretch toward community where I can. Rolfing has established me in ways that bring great fulfillment and meaning to my life. I am a giver by nature. Witnessing my work create quick and also lasting change in people in my community feeds that giver heart of mine.
